NKEMJIKA DEVELOPMENT FOUNDATION
Empowering People, Building Impact

About NDF

Nkemjika Development Foundation (NDF) was founded in 2006 by Evang. Michael Obinna, in loving memories of  his father, Apostle Ruben Nkemjika Ikoku Ikpoh. What began as a personal commitment to touch lives has grown into a foundation focused on advancing equity, justice, and opportunity for underserved communities.

What We Do

According to the Multidimensional Poverty Index, 63% of Nigerians are deprived of life’s basic necessities, from food security to sanitation. At 2023, over 10.5 million children were out of school, with only 35% reaching tertiary education. True equity means more than opportunity, it means restoring justice, dignity, and hope.

At Nkemjika Development Foundation (NDF), we are closing these gaps by promoting poverty alleviation, social justice, and educational empowerment. We envision a world where everyone is holistic, heard, and supported through our initiatives from flood relief programs, to our drug abuse prevention campaigns to the Aguru egbule anyi agricultural project and the establishment of Community Justice Centers, we are lifting lives, restoring rights, and building resilient communities.

At NDF, we believe equity should exist where it matters most. Together, we can create a future where everyone, no matter their background, has the opportunity to thrive.
